My brother first quoted this treasure to me, and I have pondered it ever since. Tolkien was given the skill to use words like no other. By using seven short words, he has captured and presented a picture of something magnificent that many of us can relate to – the adventurers, the explorers, and the wanderers. We may often find our minds in faraway lands, wandering in our daydreams, and meandering through the secret passages of our wits. But we are not lost in the world. We have not mislaid our thoughts. We know just where we are, and that place is home. We can always be home, for our thoughts and dreams will be with us forevermore.
